Terms of Service
Last updated 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Webora.uk. By creating an account you agree to them. They are provided by the platform operator and are not legal advice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account, including actions you approve for AI agents. Accounts are for the person or organisation that created them.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create or upload, including code, copy, brand assets and business records. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content so the service can work.
Approvals and autonomy
The platform can propose actions automatically, but consequential actions — publishing, spending, sending, deploying and deleting — are gated behind the approval inbox unless you explicitly widen the autonomy policy. If you widen it, you accept responsibility for the actions taken under that policy.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend access for activity that is unlawful, abusive, or that threatens the security or availability of the service.
Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and infrastructure incidents can affect the platform.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service or from AI-generated output you choose to act on.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
