Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026
This policy sets the boundaries for what can be built, published, sent or automated using the platform.
Not permitted
- Unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive schemes or impersonation of people or organisations.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, scraped mailing lists, or contacting people who have opted out.
- Malware, credential harvesting, or attempts to bypass authentication and access controls.
- Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence.
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other people's intellectual property.
- Automated volume that degrades the service for others, or probing infrastructure you do not own.
Marketing and outreach
Campaigns and lead outreach must have a lawful basis for contact, an accurate sender identity, and a working unsubscribe path. You are responsible for compliance with the marketing rules that apply where your recipients live.
Automation responsibility
Automations and agents act on your behalf. Keep approval gates on anything that spends money, sends messages, publishes content or changes live infrastructure until you are confident in the behaviour.
Enforcement
We may pause automations, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated breaches can result in termination.
